As someone who has struggled with wellness challenges in the past, I understand firsthand the difficulties of creating and maintaining a sustainable wellness vision. That's why I am passionate about sharing the tools and strategies that have helped me along the way.
While I am not an expert or experienced in the field, I am excited to share what I have learned through my own journey and the training I have received at Live To Serve Academy.

how it works
Ready to transform your wellness journey with the Vision to Action Program? Here’s how to get started:
Reserve Your Spot and Book Your Discovery Call: During this call, we’ll discuss your goals and how the Vision into Action program can help you achieve them.
Health Screening Form: Complete the brief health screening form sent to your email before our discovery call to help assess your current health and wellness status.
Decision and Payment: After our call, if you decide to proceed, I’ll send you a coaching agreement and AN invoice,
Access Program Materials: Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive access to the program portal and all the resources.
Weekly Sessions: Participate in weekly group calls every Tuesday evening for one hour over four weeks. Starting FEBRUARy 4th 2025.
Self-Paced Learning: Complete the Week 1 activities at your own pace before our first call.
