Experience Heart-Based Yoga with Samantha Ball


Meet Samantha Ball, your Hatha yoga instructor. Samantha first discovered yoga at the age of 20 and has since made it an integral part of her life. With 15 years of experience practicing yoga and special teachers who helped her deepen her knowledge, Samantha's intention is to help others by sharing her experience with yoga.

400 hrs YTT with SYAMA

Samantha has completed two 200 hour yoga teacher trainings with SYAMA. The first in 2019 with a curriculum focused on classical hatha, ashtanga, and tantric yoga. Her training included Yogic Philosophy and Energetics, Asana, Pranayama & Sequencing. In 2020  the curriculum focused on mastering yoga teaching and feminine empowerment essentials, pregnancy and postnatal training, kids yoga training, and Yin and Yang yoga training.
Samantha has also completed 40 hours of Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Training with SYAMA.

500 hrs ytt with live to serve academy

Currently, Samantha is undergoing 500 hour yoga teacher training with Live to Serve Academy.
Her training covers Anatomy & Physiology for Yoga, Yoga Physiology, Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle, Yoga Techniques, Teaching Methodology, Integrative & Practice Teaching, and Ayurveda for Yoga.
